Shivalik Bimetal Board to consider interim dividend

Shivalik Bimetal Controls Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the quarter ended December 31, 2006, and to consider the payment of interim dividend for the FY 2006-07.
