Patni Computer Systems Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 07, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on record the audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2006 and to consider the recommendation of dividend, if any, for the year ended December 31, 2006.
