Sobha Developers Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on January 20, 2007 has approved a Joint Venture between Sobha Developers Ltd (SDL) and Tree Hill Estates Pvt Limited (THEPL) for the integrated township to be developed in Trissur, Kerala.
