Wintac Board to consider Rights Issue

Wintac Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 18, 2010, inter alia, to consider, the issue of equity shares on rights issue basis to the members of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.33.25, down by Rs.0.75 or 2.21%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.33.25 and low of Rs.33.

The total traded quantity was 126 compared to 2 week average of 854.
