Jhaveri Flexo Board to consider interim dividend

Jhaveri Flexo India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 28, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on record quarterly un-audited financial results ended on December 31, 2006 and declaration of interim dividend on equity shares based on the financial position as on December 31, 2006.
