Coromandel Fertilisers equity shareholders to approve Scheme of Amalgamation

Coromandel Fertilisers Ltd has announced that pursuant to the order of the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad, a meeting of the equity shareholders of the Company will be held on February 07, 2007, for the purpose of considering, and if thought fit, approving, with or without modification(s), the arrangement embodied in the Scheme of Amalgamation proposed to be made between the Company and Ficom Organics Ltd and Rasilah Investments Ltd.
