Indo Rama Textiles Updates on Scheme of Amalgamation

Indo Rama Textiles Ltd has announced that pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation approved by the Hon'ble High Court, Delhi "Spentex Industries will issue and allot to each member of the Company whose name is recorded in the register of members of the the Company on the record date in the ratio of 90 equity shares of Rs 10/- credited as fully paid up in the Spentex Industries Ltd. for every 100 equity share of Rs 10/- each fully paid up held by such member in the Company".
