Amrutanjan Board declares interim dividend

Amrutanjan Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 19, 2007, inter alia, has declared an Interim Dividend of 40% (Rs 4/- per share) on the Equity Share Capital of Rs 3.20 crores for the financial year 2006-07 amounting to Rs 128 lakhs.
