Ballarpur Industries Board to consider interim dividend

Ballarpur Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 19, 2007, inter alia, has decided to consider a proposal for declaration of interim dividend on the Equity Shares of the Company on January 29, 2007.
