RCF to sign an agreement with Rajasthan State Mines & Minerals Ltd

Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd (RCF) has announced that the Company and Rajasthan State Mines & Minerals Ltd (a Rajasthan State PSU), who have earlier signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to carry out detailed feasibility study for setting up jointly a DAP plant of 850 MTPD capacity at an estimated project cost of approximately Rs 400 crore, at Kapasan, Rajasthan, have decided to sign an Agreement on January 20, 2007 to set up (subject to establishing viability of the project and obtaining required approvals as may be required) a Joint Venture Company in Rajasthan.
