HPCL clarifies on news item regarding sale of Vizag stake

With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled "HPCL to sell 50% Vizag pie to Total", Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL) has clarified that the Corporation will ensure that the disclosure requirements are complied with as and when any matter that requires disclosure is firmed up with all due approvals from Board, Govt. of India etc.
