Strides Arcolab Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 29, 2007, inter alia, to consider the audited financial results of the Company (both stand alone & consolidated) for the financial year ended December 31, 2006 and recommendation of dividend, if any.
