Precision Containeurs to convert preference shares into equity shares

Precision Containeurs Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 16, 2007, inter alia, has decided to convert 2% Cumulative Convertible Preference Shares into Equity Shares and subsequent upon that making the allotment to shareholders of 2% Cumulative Convertible Preference Shares.

Further the Company has informed that the Company had made arrangements to make the payment of dividend of 2% Cumulative convertible Preference Shares which were in arrears for 5 years.
