Marico Board declares third interim dividend

Marico Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 19, 2007, inter alia, has declared Third Interim Dividend at the rate of Rs 1.70 on Equity shares of Rs 10 each for the financial year 2006-07.
