Gandhi Special Board to declare interim dividend

Gandhi Special Tubes Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 24, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. Consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on December 31, 2006, and

2. Declaration of Interim Dividend on Equity Shares for the year 2006-2007.
