Gemini Communication Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 29, 2007, inter alia, to consider, adopt unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2006 and also proposing to consider the issuance of bonus shares.
