NMDC files RHP with ROC for FPO

NMDC Ltd has announced that the Company has filed a RHP with the Registrar of Companies, A.P., Hyderabad (ROC) for a Further Public Offer of 332,243,200 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each by way of an Offer for Sale by the President of India, acting through the Ministry of Steel, Government of India.

The stock was trading at Rs.454.80, down by Rs.3.50 or 0.76%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.468 and low of Rs.452.90.

The total traded quantity was 159083 compared to 2 week average of 765859.
