Bharat Coking Coal Ltd files RHP for IPO

The red herring prospectus dated 02.01.2026 of Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Coal India Limited, was filed with SEBI, BSE and NSE.

The RHP filing pertains to the proposed initial public offering ("IPO") of BCCL comprising an offer for sale of up to 465,700,000 equity shares by Coal India Limited, which remains subject to receipt of applicable approvals, market conditions, and other relevant considerations.

Shares of Coal India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 427.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 400.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2251616 in over 30045 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 429.65 and intraday low of 401.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 948958143.00.
