Globe Civil Projects raises Rs 35.70 crores from Anchor Investors

Globe Civil Projects Limited (the "Company") has raised ₹35.70 crores through its anchor book on June 23, 2025, with participation from a total of six entities comprising AIFs and FPIs.

The Company informed the exchanges that it allocated 50,28,168 Equity Shares at Rs. 71.00 per Equity Share on Monday, June 23, 2025, to anchor investors.

The public issue will open for subscription on Tuesday, June 24th and close on Thursday, June 26th, 2025. The price band for the issue has been fixed at ₹67 to ₹71 per share.
