VMS TMT Limited Gets SEBI Nod to Float an IPO

VMS TMT Limited ("VMS TMT"), a manufacturer of Thermo Mechanically Treated Bars (TMT Bars), has received nod from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for its Initial Public Offering (IPO) comprising fresh issue up to 1,50,00,000 equity shares. The company filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) dated March 27, 2025.

VMS TMT plans to use ₹ 11,500 Lakhs of the net proceeds to repay debt, with the balance allocated for general corporate purposes.

The equity shares are proposed for listing on the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.

Arihant Capital Markets Limited is appointed as the Book-Running Lead Manager for the Issue.
