Crew BOS Board to consider interim dividend

Crew BOS Products Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 27, 2007 to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2006 and also to consider the declaration of Interim Dividend for the year 2006-07.
