Jetking Infotrain Board to consider interim dividend

Jetking Infotrain Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 24, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the period ended December 31, 2006.

2. To consider declaration of 2nd Interim Dividend for the Financial year 2006-07.
