GE Shipping fixes Record Date for interim dividend

Great Eastern Shipping Company Ltd (GE Shipping) has announced that February 02, 2007, has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend, if declared by the Board of Directors at their meeting to be held on January 25, 2007.

Further the Company has informed that the interim dividend, if declared by the Board of Directors of the Company will be paid to the shareholders on or after February 07, 2007.
