Arihant Superstructures takes note of observations from SEBI on rights issue

The Board of Directors of Arihant Superstructures Ltd at its meeting held on February 11, 2010, inter alia, has has taken note of the observations letter received from Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) dated February 05, 2010 in respect of the draft Letter of Offer submitted by the Company for Issue of 14,691,000 Rights Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at par.

The Board has taken note of agreement to sale done and duly registered for the front land at Koproli, New Panvel.

Adroit Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd., the Registrar and Share Transfer Agents of the Company have been appointed as the Registrar to the Rights Issue.
