WeWork India Management Ltd to add 1829 desks in Bengaluru

WeWork India Management Limited has entered into a Lease Deed for capacity addition in Bengaluru, admeasuring 95,351 square feet, which will result in an increase in its operational capacity by 1,829 desks (approx.).

The new facility will cater to incremental demand and to enhance the Company's operational capacity in line with business growth.

The investment required for the above capacity addition is ₹28 Crore (approx.)

Shares of WeWork India Management Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 459.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 455.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1761 in over 192 trades.
