Power Finance Corporation Ltd declares 4th interim dividend of Rs. 3.25

The Board of Directors of Power Finance Corporation Ltd. (PFC) in its meeting held today i.e. 17.03.2026 have declared fourth interim dividend @ Rs 3.25/- (Rupees Three and paisa twenty five only) per equity share (i.e. @ 32.50 % ) (subject to deduction of TDS) on the face value of the paid-up equity shares of tlO/- each for the FY 2025-26.

23.03.2026 (Monday) shall be reckoned as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of fourth Interim Dividend for the F.Y. 2025-26.

The date of payment of the aforesaid interim dividend shall be on or before 16.04.2026.

Shares of Power Finance Corporation Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 417.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 406.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 426785 in over 7995 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 419.45 and intraday low of 404.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 175914626.00.
