Five-Star Business Finance approves Rs 5,000 Cr NCD Issue

The Board of Directors of Five-Star Business Finance Limited at its meeting held on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, has inter-alia considered and approved the limits for issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) aggregating upto INR 5000 Crores through private placement, in one or more tranches and/or series from time to time.
