Multi Arc to issue shares to strategic investors, defers rights issue

Multi Arc India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on January 16, 2007 has decided to issue Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each to Strategic Investors at a price not less than determined as per SEBI Guidelines, subject to requisite approvals.

The Board has deferred the decision for issue of Equity Shares on right basis.
