Archies Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 27, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve, the unaudited financial results for the 3rd quarter ended December 31, 2006 and Scheme of Amalgamation of Archies Online.com Ltd a 100% wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company, with the Company.
