TV Today to consider buy back of shares

TV Today Network Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 29, 2007, to transact the following:

1. To take on record the Unaudited Financial Result for the quarter ended December 31, 2006.

2. To consider Buy-back of Company's share upto 5% of the paid up capital and free reserves of the Company aggregating to approximately Rs 23 crores.
