Subex Azure Board Meeting rescheduled

Subex Azure Ltd has announced that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, which was scheduled to be held on January 17, 2007, inter alia, to consider the matters relating to the proposed issue of Sponsored Global Depositary Receipts / Shares and the primary issue of GDRs / FCCBs by the Company has been re-scheduled. The Board Meeting shall now be held on the January 18, 2007.
