Tera Software clarifies on news item in financial daily

With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled "Tera Software hogs limelight", Tera Software Ltd has clarified that the Company examines various proposals from time to time on a continuing basis and it may not be in interest of the Company to comment on such proposals unless the same are finalized.

Further the Company has informed that it is not advisable nor practicable to comment upon every proposals at every stage. The Company has at all times complied with its obligations and all relevant information's will be provided to the Stock Exchanges as and when required. Further, as a policy, the Company does not react to any rumours in the stock market / on the street.
