Rane Engine Board to declare interim dividend

Rane Engine Valves Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 22, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. To consider and take on record Unaudited financial results (Provisional) for the quarter ended December 31, 2006.

2. Declaration of interim dividend for the year ending March 31, 2007.
