Ganesh Benzoplast to discuss reduction of share capital

Ganesh Benzoplast Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 12, 2007, inter alia, for the purpose of discussing, a proposal for reduction of share capital and share premium of the company under relevant provisions of law and subject to such statutory and regulatory approvals as may be necessary.
