OK Play India discharged from purview of BIFR

OK Play India Ltd has announced that, in the hearing dated December 05, 2006 the Hon’ble BIFR has noted that the company’s net worth has become positive as on March 31, 2006 as per the ABS for the FY 2005-06 and even the entire accumulated losses have been wiped out. As such the company ceases to be a "Sick industrial Company" within the meaning of section 3(1)(o) of the act and has hence has ordered that the company be discharged from the purview of the SICA / BIFR.
