Gabriel India equity shareholders to approve Scheme of Arrangement & Restructuring

Gabriel India Ltd has announced that pursuant to the Order of Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay, a meeting of the equity shareholders of the Company will be held on January 10, 2007, for the purpose of considering, and, if thought fit, approving with or without modification, the arrangement embodied in the Scheme of Arrangement & Restructuring between the Company, the applicant / Demerged Company and Anand Engine Components Ltd, the Resulting Company and their respective shareholders.
