Shreyas Intermediates Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 30, 2006, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. The Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ended September 30, 2006.

2. To consider declaration / pass over of Dividend for the said Financial year.

3. To consider the dates for Book Closure regarding the closure of Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company.
