Indiabulls Financial Services Ltd has announced that certified copy of the Court order received by the Company on December 18, 2006, has been duly filed with the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana on December 19, 2006. Accordingly, December 19, 2006 is the 'Effective Date' for the Scheme of Arrangement.

The Company has now informed that the certified copy of the Court order received by the Company on December 18, 2006, has been duly registered with the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana on December 20, 2006 and the certificate of registration has been obtained. Accordingly, December 20, 2006 is the ‘Effective Date’ for the Scheme of Arrangement.
