Accel Transmatic to set up of wholly owned subsidiary in California, USA

Accel Transmatic Ltd has announced that the company has decided to set up a wholly owned subsidiary in California, USA to market it's software services more effectively with direct presence. The Board of Directors has approved the proposal to set up the subsidiary.

The company has identified a senior IT professional with more than 20 years experience in the Silicon valley to head its operations, which is expected to start in January 2007.

This subsidiary will market the embedded software and other technology services activities of Ushus Technologies -a division of the company, located at Trivandrurn and the Animation and Gaming content development activities of Acce Animation Studios, situated in Chennai.
