Parsvnath Developers bags plot in Dwarka, New Delhi for constructing 5 star hotel

Parsvnath Developers Ltd has announced that the Company participated in an open auction for Hotel Plots conducted by Delhi Development Authority (DDA) an December 19, 2006 and were successful in bagging a plot admeasuring 24,355 sq mtrs. (approx.) situated at Dwarka City Centre, Sector-14, Dwarka, New Delhi for a price of Rs 449.91 crores. The plot will be used for building a Five Star Deluxe Hotel, Shopping Mall and Multiplex. The total FAR available is 44,110 sq. mtrs.
