Adf Foods approves merger of Lustre Investment Pvt Ltd

Adf Foods Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 20, 2006, the proposal of merger of "Lustre Investment Pvt Ltd" — one of the group Companies — into the Company, was considered and approved by the Board, subject to the approval of (i) the members / creditors of both the Companies, to be obtained at their respective Extraordinary General Meeting/s to be convened specially for the purpose, (ii) relevant High Courts and (iii) the Stock Exchange.
