MRF Board recommends final dividend

MRF Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 20, 2006, inter alia, has recommended a Final Dividend of 140% on the paid-up capital as on September 30, 2006. The Company has already declared and paid two interim dividends of 30% each for the above year, thus aggregating to a total dividend of 200% for the year.
