Seasons Textiles Board to discuss sanction of loans for expansion plans

Seasons Textiles Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 27, 2006, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record:

1. Sanctioning of Rupee Loan Facility under Project Finance Scheme not exceeding Rs 1990 lacs by IDBI, Kanpur.

2. Enhancement cum modification of credit facilities including adhoc limits aggregating to Rs 1100 lacs sanctioned by Canara Bank, New Delhi.
