Cil Securities appointed lead manager for Allied Computers International IPO

Cil Securities Ltd has announced that M/s. Allied Computers International (Asia) Ltd is proposing to issue 50,00,000 Equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 2/- per share i.e., total issue size of Rs 600 Lacs.

In this regard the Issuer has appointed the Company as Lead Managers to the Initial Public Offer.
