Gillanders Arbuthnot Board recommends dividend

Gillanders Arbuthnot & Company Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 18, 2006, inter alia, has recommended dividend of 22.5% i.e. Rs 2.25 per Ordinary Share of Rs 10/- each fully paid up.
