Kpit Cummins Board to fix record date for stock split

Kpit Cummins Infosystems Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 26, 2006, post the Extra Ordinary General Meeting, to fix and announce the record date for:

1. Sub-division of Shares from Rs 5/- each to Rs 2/- each.

2. Bonus equity shares in the ratio of one bonus share for one equity shares of the Company.
