Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta approves Scheme of Amalgamation of Brels Infotech

Brels Infotech Ltd has announced that by an order of Calcutta High Court dated November 28, 2006 the Scheme of Amalgamation of Business Point Ltd, Bossom Exim Pvt Ltd & DKS Homes Pvt Ltd with the Company has since been sanctioned.

Further the Company has informed that, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 25, 2006, for allotment of Shares to Shareholders of the transferor Companies.
