Rain Commodities EGM to consider increae in FII limit

Rain Commodities Ltd has announced that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on January 06, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following:

For the investment by Foreign Institutional Investors including their sub-accounts (the FIIs) in the share capital of the Company, to be increased to 49%, from the existing level of 24% or such other limit as may be prescribed from time to time by the Central Government and/or Reserve Bank of India or any other related authority, subject to necessary provisions & approvals.
