Rolta India Assessed at SEI CMMI Level 5

Rolta India Ltd has announced that the Company has been assessed at SEI CMMI Level 5 for Software development and testing by KPMG. With this the Company has achieved yet another milestone in its vision towards providing total commitment to the needs of its customers. This Division addresses the application solutions and advanced technological solutions related to Geo Engineering / GIS, Engineering Design Automation, eSolutions, Gaming and RFIDs.

CMMI® is an enhanced version of the Capability Maturity Model that integrates various other frameworks created by the Software Engineering Institute. CMMI® enables not only the strengthening of software engineering processes, but also risk management and structured decision-making. It also facilitates the effective integration of people capability maturity aspects with the software engineering discipline.
