AIA Engineering fixes private placement price at Rs.1225

AIA Engineering Ltd has announced that the price of the proposed Private Placement by the Company under Chapter XIII-A of the SEBI (Disclosure & Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000 has been fixed as Rs 1225 per equity share vide the Committee of Directors resolution dated December 14, 2006.
